Description of the Oil - Melissa Essential Oil (Melissa officinalis)

Also known as lemon balm, balm, common balm or balm mint, Melissa is a perennial herbaceous plant in the mint family Lamiaceae and native to south-central Europe, the Mediterranean Basin, Iran, and Central Asia. It is recommended to be enriched with buttermilk, home-made or professional cosmetics. 6-8 drops per 15 g of cream, masks can increase the oil content - up to 15 drops per 15 ml.

Melissa contains a large number of biologically active ingredients that tighten the skin and effectively smooth the wrinkles. Dry skin becomes more hydrated, oily loses excess fat, elasticity betters, and delicate and sensitive skin gets the ability to resist irritation and peeling.
With the help of Melissa Essential Oil you can enrich your cosmetic ingredients. Add 15 ml to 7 drops of oil mixture, which consists of: base oils - 10 ml, balm oil - 1 drop, grapefruit - 2 drops, bergamot - 3 drops.
